Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Valarn is committed to making its website and application accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the recognized standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, in the European Union, by the European Accessibility Act and standard EN 301 549.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML with landmark regions and a “Skip to content” link on every page.
  • Keyboard operability for interactive controls and visible focus styles.
  • Color choices reviewed for contrast, with a light theme and a dark theme.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels on form fields.
  • Content available in eight languages, including right-to-left support for Arabic.
  • Accessibility considered in our design and code-review process for new features.

Known limitations

Some areas of the product — particularly complex data visualizations, charts, and third-party embedded content (such as payment, chat, and video players) — may not yet fully meet every success criterion. Where an interactive chart is used, we aim to provide the same information in an accessible table or text form. We are actively working to close remaining gaps.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Valarn. If you encounter a barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need:

Email: accessibility@valarn.com

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.

Enforcement

If you are in the European Union and are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to contact the accessibility enforcement body in your Member State. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above and is reviewed periodically as the service evolves.
